The structure consists of seven villas in modern, sober and essential style. Some have a completely independent ground and first floor, perfect as individual apartments for couples or small families. The complex
Pool
Lying under the sun or in the shade of the gazebo, you will surely enjoy the wonderful swimming pool and the large solarium equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers to socialize and have fun with friends or family in a relaxing atmosphere.
The swimming pool, with its characteristic eight-figure form, is open from April to October. All the guests of the resort have unlilmited access to the pool area.
The depth varies from a minimum of 90 cm to a maximum of 140 cm; a part of it is designed for children (90 cm in depth) and is marked by the deepest part of 3 submerged divider steps.
Playground
A small playground with swings, slide and other games is available to families and kids.
Parking
All our guests have access to the free car parking area.
Sea and beaches
The complex is about 1000 meters from the famous and evocative golden beach of Cefalù which, with a coastline of over a kilometer and a half of coastline, offers the possibility of long walks and is characterized by shallow waters that make the sea safe even for less experienced swimmers and children.
Equipped with numerous beaches and partly also free, it offers numerous bars and restaurants.
