The ground floor apartments, modern and tastefully furnished, are two-room apartments with 4 beds in an area of about 45 square meters including a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a single sofa bed with a second pull-out bed and a Kitchenette located on a pleasant partially covered terrace where you can eat comfortably in the shade.

Bright and welcoming, they come with a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

All apartments, which enjoy a stunning view of the Gulf of Cefalù and the green mediterranean garden surrounding the residence, feature a delightful English lawn where guests can sunbathe on the deck chairs provided in every apartment.

On request an extra bed can be added (for children up to 12 years).

Prices include electricity and water consumption, bed linen and towels, kitchen linen, use of outdoor facilities, swimming pool, parking and Wi-fi.

Check-in starts at 3 pm of the arrival day, check-out is set within 10 am of the departure day
