Our villas, immersed in the greenery of the beautiful garden of our small and quiet residence, are just 1500 metres from the old town of Cefalù, about 1000 meters from the beach and only 250 meters from a convenient supermarket.
They all have an unparalleled views of the sea and or the swimming pool, they have a private terrace and garden with garden furniture and comfortable tables where you can enjoy a breakfast or an open air lunch without giving up the shade of a comfortable canopy or enjoy a sunset inebriated by the scents of the Mediterranean garden.
On two levels, modern style, they are available for 4 or 6 people. Decorated with refined simplicity and care, a mix of modern and functional details with local craftsman furnishings.
The villas are decorated with the prints of the well-known artist and painter of Cefalù Giuseppe Cimino who made his hometown the most protagonist of his works, contributing to spread the image of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy in the rest of world.
Prices include electricity and water consumption, bed linen and towels, kitchen linen, use of outdoor facilities, swimming pool, parking and Wi-fi.
Check-in is from 15 pm on the day of arrival, check-out by 10 am on the day of departure.
